resize template 85% all layers
we will be doing selections all /float /defloat/ paste/ invert /delete
circle 1 paper 3
glitter frame glitter 3
circle 2 paper 6
thin stripe paper 1
large octagon shaper paper glitter 1
octagon shape paper 7
stripe paper 7
curled ribbon 2 60%
curled ribbon 1 55%
dotted circle 1 and 2 glitter 2
nail varnish 80%
lipstick 80%
add drop shadow to each layer
merge and resize 90%
add your name and copyright
save as a jpeg or png
