font i used rat infested mailbox  and tube of choice

new image 600 x 600 

frame 55% 

wire 65% apply gradient glow 

jack o lantern 30%

jack o lantern 25% + 27% +30%

ribbon 2 50%

web 15% apply gradient glow 

ghost 30%

paper 10 30% into one frame 

paper 1 30% into the other frame 

bow 6 25%

add drop shadows 

merge and resize 95% 

paper 7 75% apply wsl mask 228

 add your name and copyright 

save as a jpeg or png
