font i used Bickham script and tube of choice

open new image 600 x 600

shabby frame 30%

grassbow 40%

leaves 15% duplicate and mirror 

flower 2 15%

flower 40% and 50%

flower 3 55%

leaf 3 70% duplicate and mirror 

lantern 35%

flower splash 65%

bird 5% 

paper 4 50% into the frame 

paper 6 16% apply wsl mask 241

add name and copyright 

save as a jpeg or png
