psp this tut was done in psp 8
font i used aquarelle and tube of choice

scrapkit is FTU Christmas Time kit by Pellinka here
new image 600 x 600
elem 8 40%
elem 12 25%
elem 5 30%
cut off the bow
elem 10 30%
paper 9 50% into the frame
elem 25 12%
elem 3 18% rotate 30
add drop shadow to layers
merge resize and sharpen
paper 11 70% apply wsl mask 353
add your name and copyright
save as a jpeg or png
