Tasha’s Playground HERE
Im using the fantastic artwork of Misticheskaya
go HERE to get tubes

DO NOT use the tube without a license
Filters used :
Font of choice, i used Moonbeam
copy and paste
each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

open an new image size 650 x 650
frame 90%
el 7 90%
el 11 90%
el 9 45%
el 6 60% &70%

paper 1 apply wsl mask 84
add your name and copyright
save as a png or jpeg
