This tutorial was written for those

that have a working knowledge of PSP

All of my tutorials are my own creation and any similarity 
with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.

 supplies needed:

psp this tut was done in psp 8

Font of choice, i used Before the rain

Filters used Eye Candy Gradient Glow

Im using the fantastic artwork of Alex Prihodko

go HERE to get tubes and license. DO NOT use the tube without a license

PTU  kit  Forever Love by Inzpired Creationz  HERE 

Squirrely valentine template 3 HERE

copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go 

Open template and resize all layers 90%

Close off  layers 2, 10,11,12,16,17,18,19,20

Layer 1 paper 19

Layer 3 paper 5

Layer 4 dots drop shadow

Layer 5 tube

Layer 6 pink glitter ring

Layer 7 white double circle frame leave as it is

Layer 8 paper 9

Layer 9 white dot line drop shadow

Layer 13 double circle paste tube

Layer 14 double circle frames

Layer 15 glitter double frame

Dress form 80%

Teddy 55%

Rose 1 40%

Perfume 1 35%

Kitty 40%

Wine 55%

Wine glass 35%

Shoe 45%

Wordart 1 50%

Sparkles 2 75% dup and mirror and move top layer up higher

Paper 12 resize 90% then apply wsl mask 84

add your name with gradient glow around it if you like and copyright 

save as a png or jpeg
