font i used lavanderia regular and tube of choice

Im using the fantastic artwork of pin up toons 

go HERE to get tubes and license
scrapkit is PTU Snip and snails and tall cat tails kit by Horseplay Pastures HERE

new image 650 x 650

copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

elem 5 25% dup and mirror 

elem 10 30% dup and mirror

paper 4 into the frame 

merge resize 90% and sharpen 

paper 5 95% colorize H147 and S135 

apply wsl mask 84 

add your name and copyright 

save as a png
