Scrapkit used is PTU Vintage Days kit

Im using the fantastic artwork of Alex Prihodko
go HERE to get tubes
and license.
DO NOT use the tube without a license
Filters used : Eye candy gradient glow
Font of choice, i used Coventry Garden
copy and paste
each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go
