psp this tut was done in psp 8
Im using the fantastic artwork of Alex Prihodko go HERE to get tube
DO NOT use the tube without a license
Filters used : Eye candy gradient glow,
Penta jeans and dot cross
Font of choice, i used Inspiration
Template 748 by
Millie HERE
copy and paste
each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

copy the
template and close original
close all
layers of the template
Layer 1 I selected
and pasted paper 6 into selection
Layer 2 paper 2
paste into selection
Layer 3 paper 2
paste into selection
Layer 4 paper 3
paste into selection
Layer 5 paper 4
paste into selection
I also used my
tube here but not fully over the circle
Penta filter
dot cross settings below
Layer 6 are the
circle of dots
Layer 7 paper 2
into selection
Layer 8 paper 3

Blossom 10 resize to 40% duplicate and mirror
Blossom 13 45%
duplicate and mirror

and mirror see placement on tag
Blossom 2 50%
dup and mirror
open layers 10 and 11 on layer 10 i used gradient glow also
merge all layers
Paper 3 apply mask 62 mb & sw
add your name and copyright
save as a png or jpeg
