supplies needed:

psp this tut was done in psp 8

font i used estrela fulguria 1748 here and tube of choice

Im using the fantastic artwork of Annie Marine

scrapkit is PTU  Dark Delight by Jessica Gothic Inspirations kit  HERE

copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

raster 10 paper 4 

raster 7 paper 7 

raster 12 paper 6 

raster 11 and copy paper 11 

raster 8 paper 5 add noise 

raster 2 paper 12 

raster 3 and copy paper 12 

candle 2 35% 

ribbon 2 50% 

ribbon 3 30%

leaves 3 55% dup and mirror 

feather 1 40% dup and mirror 

tophat 30% 

beads 3 40% 

bling 70%

rose 40%

wordard 2 90%

blood 80% dup and mirror 

paper 9 80% apply wsl mask 84

save as a png
