copy and paste elem 76 100% sharpen add drop shadow

 

copy and paste elem 19 new layer resize 90% sharpen drop shadow

copy and paste elem 78 as new layer resize 90% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 41 as new layer resize  55% sharpen drop shadow 

copy paste elem 57 as new layer  resize 70% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 31 resize 70% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 74 resize 40% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 75 resize  40% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 9 resize 20% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 72 resize 50% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 34 resize 45% sharpen drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 25 100% sharpen drop shadow

scrapkit is PTU Iced Hearts by Creative Crazy Scraps  here

open new image 700 x 700

select all  copy and paste your paper of choice into the selection 

load mask of choice and apply merge group
.

I used paper 3 110% and apply mask wsl 218 

copy and paste elem 12  as a new layer resize to 85% 

apply drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 43 as a new layer 100% 

apply drop shadow 

copy and paste element 27 and 28 as new layers at 50% 

apply drop shadows 

copy and paste elem 13 as a new layer resize 30% dup and mirror 

apply drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 29 as a new layer 100% dup and flip see placement on tag 

apply drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 19 as a new layer  resize 50% dup and mirror 

apply drop shadow 

copy and paste elem 24 as a new layer resize 50% 

apply drop shadow 

you can arrange the elements in what placement you wish my tag is just a guide 

once you have the tag you want then merge all layers 

resize and sharpen 

add your name and copyright 

save as a png

copy and paste element 6 as a new layer resize 22% sharpen add drop shadow
copy and paste elem 4 as a new layer resize 12% dup and mirror sharpen and drop shadow
copy and paste elem 3 as a new layer resize18% sharpen add drop shadow
copy and paste elem 2 as a new layer resize 12% dup and mirror sharpen drop shadow
copy and paste elem 7 as a new layer resize to10% dup and mirror, sharpen drop shadow
copy and paste elem 8 as a new layer 12% sharpen add drop shadow
copy and paste elem 5 as a new layer resize  20% dup and mirror sharpen add drop shadow
copy and paste elem 16 as a new layer resize 20% sharpen add drop shadow
copy and paste elem 9 as a new layer resize 20% rotate sharpen add drop shadow

merge all layers
you may wish to resize if so make sure you do a final sharpen
apply word art 2 25% sharpen
paper 6 apply wsl mask 84


add your name and copyright
save as a png

copy and paste element 8 as a new layer  resize 60% sharpen then apply drop shadow

copy and paste element 3 resize 25% and 28% sharpen then apply drop shadow to both

copy and paste element 5 as a new layer resize 55% sharpen and apply drop shadow

copy and paste element 41 as a new layer resize 65% sharpen apply drop shadow

copy and paste element 43 as a new layer resize 80% & 90% sharpen apply drop shadow
