open new image 650 x 650

elem 26 80%

elem 42 65%

elem 48 75% dup and mirror 

paper 8 45% into the frame 

elem 40 80% and 70%

elem 19 35%

elem 49 and 50 60%

elem 24 and 25 range from 15% to 25%

elem 55 90% dup and mirror 

add drop shadow to layers 

merge resize and sharpen 

paper 2 95% apply wsl mask 84 

add your name and copyright 

save as a png or jpeg
