supplies needed:
psp this tut was done in psp 8
font i used Before the rain and tube of choice
Im using the fantastic artwork of steve Baier Up your art
filter penta jeans and dot cross all at default settings
copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

template 441 by Millie here
resize template to 90%
layer 1 paper 13
layer 2 paper 16
layer 3 paper 5
elem 52 resize 40% and 55% dup and mirror
elem 10 40%
elem 9 45% dup and mirror

add your name and copyright
