supplies needed:

psp this tut was done in psp 8

font i used aquarelle and tube of choice

Im using the fantastic artwork of misticheskaya

go HERE to get tubes and license
FTU scrapkit is Making Memories kit by Horseplay pastures HERE 

copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

scrapkit is oh so red kit by Scraps and tubes HERE 

filters used eye candy gradient glow 

penta jeans default setting 

copy and paste each element as a new layer
after you resize some elements you need to sharpen them
apply drop shadow as you go

layer 2 dup layer and floodfill red 

layer 3 paper 2 

layer 4 paper 3

layer 5 dup and floodfill grey 

layer 6 paper 2

layer 7, 8, 9 floodfill red 

i pasted my tube onto the hearts 

on the larger heart i used penta filter 

red flower 50%

ribbon 95%

flower clip 70%

chrome heart 40%

i used my tube on wordart then added the gradient glow

paper 3 and apply wsl mask 238 

add your name and copyright 
save as a png
